Title: Aviation Maintenance Technician (Aircraft Mechanic)
Location: Tulsa, OK (Position will be 80% on-site. Interview will be on-site.)

Rate $50-$55/hour. (W2 Only)
Summary:
- The contractor's role will be to determine applicability of each part using the OEM manuals as it transitions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily activities will include working in the MS Excel database to ensure the information for each part number is accurate and complete.
- When information is not correct or complete, the analyst must research the technical documentation or contact Skills/Qualifications Familiar with aircraft manuals.
- Experience in technical writing Aviation background is highly desired Strong knowledge in MS Access and Excel preferred
- Must be able to work independently, without day-to-day supervision.
- Must be articulate and able to express technical issues and concepts in clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to work with the suppliers and Client's Union personnel in a professional manner.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation/Technical related field
- Airline/Passenger aircraft experience preferred.
- 5+ years power plant experience (commercial aviation preferred)
- Experience with internal gas turbine engine piece parts
- Experience with gas turbine engine repair/overhaul
- Experience with gas turbine engine operations
- Preferred local.
- Implementing reliability improvements
- Reviewing engines and piece parts for compliance with the maintenance program
