Overview:
Micron Audiology is seeking a dispensing Audiologist to add to our team of hearing healthcare
providers. We are a family-owned Audiology practice that has been serving the Wenatchee Valley for
over 40 years. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds and utilize most top tier manufacturers
like Oticon, Starkey, and Signia.

The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care as well as
cerumen management. Additionally, our Audiologists provide aural rehabilitation and education to help
patients realize their full potential. Ideal candidates will have specific experience in:

  • Performing hearing evaluations
  • Interpreting the results of a hearing evaluation
  • Recommending the appropriate treatment plan
  • Cerumen management with video otoscopy

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and
learns, health fairs, and senior living events
  • Cerumen Management with use of video otoscopy

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active Washington State Audiology license or eligible for licensure

We are offering a competitive compensation package with paid time off (2 weeks after probationary
period) including holiday pay, stipend for medical insurance, and an employer matching retirement plan.
