O'Neill Healthcare is seeking an Assisted Living Marketing and Move-in coordinator to assist all Move-ins at three of our assisted livings and marketing events across the company. This position will Require travel between eastern Lorain and western Cuyahoga County to assist with all assisted living move-ins at our Bay Village, North Olmsted and North Ridgeville communities.
Assisted Living Marketing and Move-in coordinator duties:
- Work directly with the Director of Sales to ensure that move-ins at our North Olmsted, North Ridgeville and Bay Village facility are completed timely and effectively. This will require weekend availability.
- Being an ambassador in our assisted living communities, developing resident programs that assist with welcoming and involving new residents in our communities. Organizing community support, resident orientation and housewarming party preparation.
- Participate in internal and external marketing events.
- Complete satisfaction surveys, ensuring that all paperwork is completed timely before and after move ins.
- Keep track of vacant Assisted Livings apartments and ensure are ready before move-ins.
- Assited with social media posts for Assisted Living communities and events.
- Communicate daily with Sales & Business Development Director regarding the status of all prospective move-ins.
- Represent the community and increases awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Ability to be kind and compassionate to family members and residents.
- Sales Experience in Assisted Living or long-term care.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Time management with Sales leads and marketing events.
- Marketing Experience in Assisted living or long-term care.
- Ability to create social media posts.
This position will be an hourly position, working 35-40 hours a week. Schedule will vary based on date/time of move ins. Position will pay $22-$28/hr with bonuses for each successful move in.
