Uranus is hiring immediately for:
Closing/Night Assistant Manager

$15-$16 starting pay, (PLUS bonuses) and higher with experience. Compensation review after 30 days of employment.

Position Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the store is staffed with employees who are trained, motivated, and respectful of customer needs
• Establishing and enforcing store policies to ensure customer satisfaction and employee safety
• Ensuring that store shelves are stocked with items that meet brand standards
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of products to meet demand as assigned
• Night shift managers must complete audits of inventory totals, nightly bank deposits and nightly register reconciliations.
• Train new employees with leadership, patience, and understanding.
• Maintain all POS systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date.
• Manager and Operate POS and clean and maintain all areas of the property to promote a clean image.
• Certify in SERVsafe food handler training
• Check all time sheets make sure all personal, vacation, and holiday are included before going to payroll.
• Resolve costumer issues/complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Perform regular rounds and make appropriate decisions regarding personnel and property
• Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with manager, employees, and other departments

Our Retail Hours of Operation are 7am-11pm (we open the store at 8am and close at 9pm), 7 Days a Week. The Closing Manager Position starts as early as 2pm. Retail Team Members must be able to work weekends and holidays (we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days only).

The ideal candidate will meet the following:

• Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Must be able to work around nuts and all other types of products make and sell/use in our store.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be responsible, dependable, and reliable.
• Must be confident, but trainable; a forward thinking problem solver
• Must be emotionally intelligent and not easily offended
• Ideally have management experience in a retail setting
• Proficient skills and experience in money handling

· Full Dental and Vision Coverage after 90 days. You can also add your children for a very inexpensive amount. Uranus will cover them after 1 year of full-time (averaging 34 hours per week)
