Lacon Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a caring and dedicated
Assistant
Director of Nursing to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for assisting the DON in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
We would like to speak with someone who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, you must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments.

- An active state RN license is required.
- SNF/long-term care experience is required.
