We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who has excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates his/her team through a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. Full time and part time opportunities available. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation.

General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
