Administrative Assistant
We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your primary job will include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents, complying with legal procedures, increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, purchasing office supplies as needed, data entry, and assisting in social media marketing. $12 per hour (20-25 hrs weekly)
Responsibilities
Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Provide top-notch customer service while answering the phones or helping with walk-ins
Oversee data entry and document compliance
Create and coordinate social media marketing on all social media platforms
Monitor and restock office supply levels, and order as needed
Develop monthly on-call schedules for agents
Manage and update lockbox inventory
Assist office manager with any daily tasks
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office administrator is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and must be a positive team player
Possesses a basic understanding of Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Efficiently work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$12 per hour
