The Accounts Payable Clerk provides exceptional customer service to customers and vendors by performing accounting and administrative duties including but not limited to writing checks; posting invoices and/or expenses; reimbursing employees; and performing the tie-out of expense files. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

The Accounts Payable Clerk position includes:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Posts invoices for purchases and expenses as applicable
- Clears monthly statements
- Pays vendors and employee reimbursements in a timely manner
- Scans invoices into Filebound system
- Ties-out expense files including making sure all invoices for each month are accounted for and ensuring that sales tax is properly assessed on non-exempt items
- Greets employees, members, and visitors in courteous manner when they enter the office
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and they will have a commitment to completing timely and accurate work.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
