Title: 3rd Shift Machine OperatorHours: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm to 6:30am
Pay: $16.50/hr.
Location: Conover, NC

A leading manufacture of woven and non-woven fabrics looking to add people to their work- force today. Help them to make woven and non-woven fabrics for the automotive and furniture industries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to operate machinery.
- Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must be able to follow verbal & written work instructions.
- Be Safety Conscious.
- Commitment to Management System and Continual Improvement process.
- Read and follow instructions on converting orders.
- Perform routine operations on machine (load, set-up, doff) - make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Production reporting to be neat and accurate.
- Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Must be able to read a ruler.
