Do you want to join one of the world’s leading jewellery brands and do you want to play a vital role in Pandora´s continued success? Pandora is looking for an experienced working student Warehouse (m/f/d) for our EMEA Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe.

Location: Hamburg-Allermöhe, Germany

In this role you will be located in our EMEA Distribution Center the heart of Pandora’s supply chain in EMEA. The DC is responsible for distributing all B2B ship for EMEA and is also executing our B2C fulfillment directly Germany and Austria. You will be working closely with all parts of the DC and be reporting into our Lean and Six Sigma Manager as part of a 4 headed team of specialists.
Your focus will be documentation, review & validation of Processes as well as participating in and supporting of corresponding improvement initiatives. This means that you’ll be driving home a part of our transparency initiative in which we aim to have all processes in the DC documented and readily available. Your work will provide deep insight into all departments & processes within the DC. A great opportunity to learn and surface potential improvement ideas for a true team player!
Further functions in the team are Subject matter experts for our newly established WMS & TMS as well as project management and lean initiatives.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Documentation, review & validation of Processes
  • Participating in and supporting of improvement initiatives within the DC
  • Support with AdHoc tasks for the DC management

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ideally you have recently started your bachelor or master studies in the area of logistics, supply chain or a related area.
  • You have already a good knowledge of warehousing, inventory and logistics.
  • You own highly developed analytical skills.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS office, in particular in Excel & Visio
  • You are a strong communicator and are eager to get the answers on open topics.
  • Your English is fluent in spoken and written.
  • You are a curious and ambitious team player and have the eagerness to learn.
  • Prior touch points with Lean, Six Sigma, Refa or similar can be beneficial but are no must have
