Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team: You will be part of an international Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for recruitment in EMEA. This team of 7 colleagues has a lot of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and is eager to share their knowledge.
• Active sourcing: Today it is a candidate driven market, what makes that actively approaching candidates for the open vacancies that we have is part of your daily tasks. We use various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlyFy, Indeed & Moberries.
• Interviews: Within Talent Acquisition we are responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle. Part of that is conducting the first interviews. If you do not have that experience yet, you can join the interviews of Talent Acquisition Experts in the team and gain the experience!
• Projects: As Talent Acquisition we are not only responsible for Recruitment, but are also involved in several projects related to Recruitment and HR.

Your profile:

• Passion & People's person: You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoy connecting with people and have a results-oriented approach.
• Technical Touchpoints: It would be great if you have already gained your first experience in Talent Acquisition, but otherwise you can gain your first experience here!
• International flair: You are interested in and appreciative of cultures across the globe and are able to communicate on eye-level with different stakeholders in fluent English. German or Dutch would be a plus, but the English language is mandatory since this is the company language.
• Personality: Friend and colleagues describe you as pro-active and enthusiastic. Furthermore, we believe that together you can accomplish more than on your own, so we are looking for a true team player!
