To support our "Asset Management" team at Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

The Asset Management department is primarily responsible for the asset management of commercial real estate in Germany and abroad. In addition to the leasing and marketing of properties, central core topics include cooperation in revitalization measures, the preparation of business plans and profitability calculations, the management and coordination of external partners, and general property management.
You support our team:
- With leasing and marketing of our properties
- In the course of revitalization measures of existing properties
- By day-to-day business and administrative tasks
- With regular property and customer reporting
- With the preparation and analysis of business plans
- In the context of planning and handling ESG issues as well as Smart Assessments
You convince us:
- As an enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably studying real estate economics with interest in real estate specific topics
- With good MS Office skills, very good Excel knowledge
- With self-initiative and quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working
- With very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good German and good English skills are required
