Job description

The Workday Billing Specialist will be responsible for supporting 2 internal groups for all external client billing and reporting needs. This is a fully remote position!

• Processing of departmental transactions
• Researches data to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal and external partners
• Analyzes open invoice reports to find potential issues or discrepancies in invoices awaiting payment
• Reporting responsibilities to include weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
• Work closely with key business partners to identify areas for improvement and customer-specific solutions
• Builds relationships to maintain a high level of customer service
• Provides information related to payment status of invoices
• Investigates discrepancies in compliance, accuracy of coding, and communicates those discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
• Perform special projects or other duties as requested

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of billing experience
• Workday billing expereince
• Proficient with Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
