We are looking for individuals to provide excellent customer service while building relationships with our customers.
This position includes looking up and processing inbound Automotive Parts orders, via telephone, email, fax, and online media. Provides updates to the Customer to ensure they are kept up-to-date on the status of their orders.
Qualified candidates will have strong Customer service skills and a background in sales or the automotive parts industry. Possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in automotive repair or automotive parts sales is preferred. Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs is a plus.
Mills Parts Center is looking for individuals with the desire to work a Monday through Friday day shift, with a 4-hour Saturday approximately once every other month.
