DuPont Interconnect Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Metallization Supply Chain Coordinator for the West Region. Interconnect Solutions is one of the three lines of business in DuPont Electronics and Industrial. DuPont Interconnect Solutions is a leading supplier of high-performance materials for rigid and flexible circuits, as well as materials for the fabrication and packaging of semiconductors.
In this role the successful candidate is responsible for overseeing activities related to the business’s products and services, including placing orders, storing, organizing services, packing, loading and delivering products to clients West ICS Supply Chain through communication and shared responsibility with market segment, product management, and territory/regional sales leaders.
Job Description
- Establishes the supply chain performance targets and evaluates actual performance in support of business and functional strategies.
- Represents the risks associated with the supply chain and current plans and their options and contingencies to mitigate them.
- Understands and makes decisions based upon knowledge of upper quartile performance and the relationship and impact to the supply chain.
- Represents the supply chain capabilities for the short (0 – 3 months), mid (3 – 24 months) and long-term (5years plan) horizons.
- Identifies the appropriate models necessary for supply chain optimization and recommend actions to align the global supply chain strategy.
- Define, prioritize and manage Lean/Six Sigma project activities in pursuit of supply chain improvement.
- Builds and ensures capability and leveragability in supply chain processes and best practices and their execution across the businesses and functions
- Manages the activities, performance, development, and capabilities of west region team.
Work Scope
- Be responsible for the supply chain activities in west region (EMEA, LAR, NAR).
- Leads integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans. Key interfaces with Business Leadership, Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing/Demand, Customer Service, Product management.
- Meet customer delivery requirements within policies / procedures and compliance with trade regulatory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain discipline.
- At least 5+ years' relevant working experience.
- Solid working knowledge of supply chain management systems such as SAP & APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization).
- Experience of logistics and hazardous materials handling.
- Rich Supply Chain knowledge.
Preference:
- Experience in electronic material business.
- Be familiar with OMP - OpenMP(Open Multi-Processing) application programming interface
- Experience leading high performance work teams in various regions globally
