We are seeking a motivated, experienced RN Wellness Director like YOU to join our growing team of professionals in Providence, RI!
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Wellness Director is to organize and direct nursing care staff by establishing objectives and standards as well as the organizational structure for achieving those objectives. Ensures that all nursing care meets all local, state, and federal agency regulations as well as facility standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- RN License required. BSN preferred
- Minimum 5 years supervision experience in medical field required
- Assisted Living Experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication and organizational skills required
- Knowledge of GAFC requirements, D.P.H. regulations, and Department
of Elder Affairs standards required
