• Schedule: Part-time - Every or every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Shift: 12 hour shifts - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Community Care is a SNF with 204 beds and multiple levels of care, including a large behavioral patient population (ages 21 and up) within the center.

• Revised clinical initiatives include a new Physiatrist, Behavioral Health activity-based programming and a new Vohra Wound program coming soon!

What you will do in this role: Under the guidance of the DON, you will be supervising the nursing and CNA staff within the center to ensure excellent clinical care. This may involve scheduling when we have a call-off, interceding with patient/family concerns or giving corrective instructions to staff members. You will also work the floor. This is a highly visible and hands on position.

Weekend Nursing Supervisor: in other centers this may be called a Shift Supervisor, Unit Manager or Nurse Manager. Whatever you call it, it’s an important job!

What we need from you:

• Registered Nurses (RN) license in IL
• Previous nurse supervisory or management experience
• Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
• We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine. You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption. Details will be discussed during your interview.
