V2 Properties is seeking a Warranty and Inventory Technician to join our team. The Field Operations Manager works closely with the Field Operations Team to ensure quality standards are met and provides operational support.

Key Responsibilities

· Directly responsible for the quality assurance of warranty properties, rental buildings and turnovers.

· Ensure that rental units are maintained to the V2 Properties specifications and quality standards.

· Take ownership of project information and can deliver project status to appropriate parties.

· Validate project status and makes recommendations to ensure that execution goals are met.

· Maintain tenant and homeowner relationships by staying engaged with the customer throughout the project or term of their lease.

· Assist in triaging & coordinating warranty repairs required to homes within one year of delivery to our homebuyers.

· Assist in coordinating the delivery of materials and supplies from V2 stock (located in Somers Point, NJ).

· Management and delivery of finish materials kept in stock, i.e. door handles, cabinet pulls, mirrors, faucets, and other similar finish material products.

Requirements And Qualifications

· Great written communication skills with the ability to craft an email transmission clearly and concisely.

· Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with homeowners in a professional manner.

· Prior carpentry or handyman experience is required with the ability to identify defected home issues such as leaks, cracks, and appliance issues.

· This role requires lifting up to and occasionally above 40 lbs.

· This role may require off-shift and weekend work.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· This role requires travel to and from job sites.

· This role is primarily located in PHILADELPHIA, but will require driving to OCEAN CITY, NJ one (1) to two (2) times per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
