We are growing and are in need of a Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our dynamic team. We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day! Must have a clean driving record and will need a DOT medical card.

This is a part-time (roughly 20-30 hours per week) non-exempt position that reports to the General Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Opens containers using box cutters and other hand tools. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools
• Conveys materials to or from storage or worksites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly or other devices. Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination, using hand-operated pallet jack or forklift.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles using wrapping machine. May occasionally operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Driving box truck: Transporting refrigerated and dry goods from one location to another in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedule, locate destinations using GPS coordinates

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of Warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of traffic laws and DOT regulations, Class D license required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Pallet jack experience.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Superior communication and collaboration.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Strong organization and time management.
