Essential Functions

• Lead, manage, and organize the warehouse team to meet operations expectations.
• Coordinate the work schedules of the warehouse team.
• Perform employee reviews for the warehouse team.
• Review and execute all logistic contracts needed for the warehouse.
• Reviewing of shipping charges.
• Supervise and manage the execution of the following functions as well as perform them as needed.
• Review and release Pick Tickets and Job Orders.
• Receive and unload shipments, check in merchandise, match purchase orders to sales orders.
• Read customer orders, job orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence.
• File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated shipping storage area.
• Execute job orders as described in the order to build the finished item.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all co-workers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred.
• Previous warehouse management preferred
• Prefer 4-5 years of relevant warehouse/shipping/receiving experience with some assembly experience preferred
• CSI/Syteline experience highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
