Gourmondo Co is a dynamic, rapidly-growing Seattle-based food business looking to add a Receiving Clerk to our team!

Our Gourmondo team is passionate about quality and seeks to provide fresh flavorful menus, made using locally-sourced ingredients, inspired by our love of great food. Since our beginnings in Seattle’s Pike Place Market over 20 years ago, we've grown into a bustling operation comprised of award-winning chefs and expert-level staff serving over 3,000 guests per day through our catering, box lunch, and café programs.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Confirm accuracy of orders- check in orders as they come in, report any shortages, damaged goods, incorrect items.
• Stocking: Moving product from warehouse to in unit location quickly and efficiently.
• Rotation: Manage goods throughout the purchasing/receiving process. Label, date and rotate product so that FIFO program is utilized.
• Food Safety: Assist with daily HACCP checks and food safety checks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic mathematics
• Strong communication skills and desire to be a part of a team
• Highly organized multi-tasker with great attention to detail
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, lift overhead, push/pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time. The employee must frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds by hand.

Schedule & Pay:

• Set schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
• $20.00- $22.00 / hour DOE
