LaminArt is the design-forward brand of Wilsonart that provides architectural and design professionals an exceptional selection of innovative statement surfaces. LaminArt products are used globally to create sophisticated spaces in restaurants, entertainment and sports venues, and luxury hotels.
We're currently looking for a full-time WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE to join our team in Schaumburg! The ideal candidate for this position has prior forklift/warehouse experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong desire for career growth.
LOCATION: Schaumburg, IL
HOURS: M-F, 7a – 4p. No nights, no weekends!
PAY RATE: $17-$18.50/hr, DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You’ll assist with shipping and receiving duties, inventory control, sorting, packing, and pulling customer orders in our warehouse.
- You’ll operate a forklift in a safe, competent manner.
- You’ll visually inspect material for defects or damage, ensure materials match customer orders, and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- You’ll use your attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and procedures to uphold our culture of safety.
- You’ll be working well as a team and individually, and complete all other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- You’ll help maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
- You’ll work closely with our customer service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Ability to push/pull/lift 50lb
- A strong desire for personal and career growth
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- A track record of working well as part of a team, the ability to adapt to changing needs, and a positive attitude that allows you to make the most of each day
- Prior forklift/warehouse experience is strong preferred
