Your responsibilities:
- Prepare the restaurant for subsequent shifts (reservations, tableware, mis en place)
- Welcome guests as they arrive and show them to their table
- Interact with customers, take orders and and make recommendations
- Professional table service (drinks, food)
- Cash desk operations (mobile and on the spot)
- Cleaning tasks (furniture & service equipment)
- Restock and replenish inventory
- Daily accounting
- Basic working experience as a waiter /waitress
- Positive attitude, proactive manner and excellent communication skills
- Affinity and patience for customer service
- Ability to keep the service area organized, stocked and clean
- Endurance, resilience, flexibility* and a fast understanding
- Good knowledge of german language; english is a plus
