Job Summary

Are you a Video Producing & Editing ALL-STAR? We're looking for you! We're looking for an individual who would like responsibility for creative development, on-site filming with other team members, post-production, curating, and publishing audio and video content! Someone who is creatively open-minded and passionate about being productive and looking for a long-term position would be a great fit for our company.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Shoot & edit product/service promo videos, online seminars, utilizing multi-camera video shoots, editing, color correction, video graphics with Davinci Resolve, After Effects & Davinci Fusion, multi-sound source recording, and timecode device syncing
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently edit videos from start to finish for multiple platforms and audiences (includes social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video editing and media management
  • Storyboard and bring to life the clients' brief to ultimately deliver high-quality digital media
  • Provide feedback, editorial suggestions, and copy editing for team members’ videos in order to create pixel-perfect and flawless content
  • Locate and source b-roll clips on a daily basis, and be comfortable following up to secure rights to content
  • Organize content calendar for planned videos with the ability to make real-time decisions about content placement
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting, and associated equipment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in the daily scheduled workflow.
  • Photography skillset of any kind would be a plus!

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Creative thinker and a minimum of 5+ years experience as a videographer/editor or similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of 6K/4K/1080p video editing and motion graphics software including Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Proficient in visual effects; filming and lighting, and video cleanup and retouching
  • Proficient in keying and compositing for green screen projects
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
  • Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects at once, and carry a project from conception to completion.
  • Occasional day and weekend travel
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
  • Exert up to 50 pounds to load equipment cases.
  • Close mental and visual attention is required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and figures, using a computer terminal, and/or extensive reading.

Skills for Additional Compensation

  • Part 107 Drone license and drone photo/video production
  • Website Development, Graphic Design, Social Media, Email Marketing.
