About CCAH

We are a busy 6 doctor practice in West County Saint Louis. We treat dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles. We have a team of people who are very close knit, but also very welcoming to new employees.

We are an AAHA accredited practice, so we have a very high standard for our patients as well as our employees. But because of this, we are the best in St. Louis! This doesn’t mean we don’t make mistakes, but when we do, we are smart enough to say sorry, and make it right – we learn and grown as a team.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience (in the veterinary field is even better).

We need someone who can work effectively with people (not just pets). Someone who has confidence and charisma that can help clients through all types of situations.

You will be able to answer a 5-line phone system, schedule appointments, take messages, and accept payments. You will be able to keep the reception area calm and welcoming.

You will be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. You will be the type of person that is on time (or early) and can help cover shifts when a team member is sick or on vacation. Hard work will be important, but so are breaks, lunches, and days off.

The Role

We need a full-time receptionist to work three 11-12 hour shifts as well as every other Saturday. This means you will be off 3-4 days each week!

You’ll be putting clients in rooms, answering phones, making appointments, and accepting payments.

The Package

$16.00/ hour starting pay (more experience may equate to higher pay)

Sick & vacation time after 90 days
