We are looking for a curious and driven high-potential individual to join our Visionaries Club Investment Team in Berlin. This role will allow you to work in a young and highly entrepreneurial European venture firm backed by some of the world's best entrepreneurs from the old and new economies. We are excited to launch our Visionaries Visiting Analyst Program, a 4 to 6-month program, unlocking the opportunity for you to join us as a full-time member of our Investment team and have exposure to our Portfolio Team, Founders and broader network. We designed the program to enable you to learn and explore the venture space as much as possible. As part of the program, you will be able to explore the full bandwidth of what it means to be part of the investment team and have the opportunity to spend time working in our Portfolio Team and engaging with our founders on strategic and operational topics.

Visionaries Club is an early-stage venture capital fund backed by a selection of leading entrepreneurs, such as the founders of UiPath, Mollie, Miro, Flixbus, GetYourGuide, HelloFresh and family businesses, such as Stihl, Oetker, Henkel and Fiege. The fund invests in the Seed and Early Growth companies with a particular focus on the next big disruptors in B2B.

The portfolio of Visionaries Club includes some of the most successful European B2B companies, such as Personio, Choco, Xentral, Taxdoo, TrueLayer, Gtmhub, Miro, Yokoy, two, Pigment, Tactic, GetHarley, Automaited, and Pledge among various others.

Your job responsibilities

• Become a full-time member of our investment team: Source, evaluate and lead new investments with close interaction of a Partner as well as our entrepreneurial investor network and the broader operational team
• Get ahead of the next big disruption: Research and build expertise in themes around technology sectors, conduct industry analyses and uncover business models with the potential to turn entire industries upside-down
• Go hunting for the next unicorn: Conduct deep dives and due diligence on deals and evaluate the investment potential of early-stage companies in line with our investment criteria
• Work along with Europe's leading founders: Work with and support our portfolio companies
• Always put our entrepreneurs first: Ensure seamless operations, manage knowledge, take responsibility for the interactions

• Work experience in a high-paced and dynamic environment, such as your startups, digital scaleups, strategy consultancies, or investment banking
• Outstanding university degree (or in progress) or contrarian path with the courage to follow your passion instead of a traditional track, staying hungry and reaching higher
• Strong structuring and analytical skills (e.g. financial analysis and getting under the hood of businesses in your previous roles) with a background in data being a plus
• A people person who is able to connect and interact with a wide range of personalities
• Someone with a strong work ethic, passion for technology, software, and startups and who is a self-starter and highly organized
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
