Job Description

We are currently hiring FULL-TIME Vacation Rental Inspector. We offer flexible PTO, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays, 401K, Bounsly and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for maintenance and housekeeping issues
• Record and report all maintenance deficiencies
• Perform light cleaning when needed
• Create and deliver guest bags and amenities
• Inspectors must have transportation to rental properties
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and/ or Sundays, open availability
• Inspectors must follow company standards and property checklists

Qualifications:

• MUST be highly detail oriented
• MUST exercise excellent time management skills
• Capable of taking direction while being proactive as well
• Your own reliable transportation
• Smart phone (need to be able to text and take photos)
• Inspectors must be authorized to work in the United States
• Inspectors must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
