We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and accessible user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and test web-based portals, user dashboards, and other digital and mobile products.

UX Designer for Product Lead Growth
In this role, you will help the product team during our transformation to product led growth. You will be part of a highly focused, cross-functional team that will move quickly to test and validate approaches for rapid adoption and significant user retention using a user focused and lean approach. You will assist with customer research, UX discovery, hypothesis definition, wireframing, execution and rollout from a UX perspective.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys owning the design, testing, implementation and follow up needed to ensure the customer experience is amazing. You will enjoy this role if you are both analytical and empathetic, blending customer feedback, intuition and data as an essential part of your designs, and recommendations to our product team and company as a whole.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviors- Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for web-based portals and dashboards
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma for rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the seamless implementation of designs
- Ensure that all designs are accessible and comply with accessibility standards
- Extract insights and understandings from product reporting tools such as Pendo and ChurnZero
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment to quickly test and iterate on user testing ideas
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user testing and web-based portals and/or dashboards.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills using Figma
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with understanding and extrapolating information from product reporting tools such as Pendo and ChurnZero
- Passion for creating user-centered experiences that solve real problems for users
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Additional Experience
- Comfort working in a remote environment with stakeholders across different time zones
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS business models
- Experience designing mobile apps
- Prior experience with product lead growth teams and initiatives
