Responsibilities:
- Performing physical examinations on adults and children who are applying for adjustment of status as permanent residents.
- A review of each patient's medical history. (Hospitalizations, Chronic Conditions, Illnesses, or Disabilities)
- Must review each patient's Vaccination Status & Determine whether the patient is up to date with their vaccinations.
- Assess for contraindications and precautions that might apply to the applicant before vaccinating.
- Interpreting Laboratory and Diagnostic testing results. ( Report to the Department of Health for evaluation or treatment depending on results)
- Providing Patients with a signed, sealed, & completed form I-693 and a copy upon exam completion.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Medical License.
- USCIS Civil Surgeon
- Bilingual. Fluent in English & Spanish preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $197,464.00 - $230,723.00 per year
