Title: URBN: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to a group of Recruiters (of all levels) in the areas of scheduling and candidate travel, report running, candidate expense reimbursement and offer letter creation.
Responsibilities
- Calendar/Schedule Ownership: Manage and own all scheduling as it relates to Talent Acquisition team meetings and candidate interviews.
- Candidate Experience/Expense: Ensures that the candidate experience is well executed and tailored to the needs of the candidate. Manages the expense allocation associated with Candidate travel through the P-card system.
- Meet and greet candidate when they arrive
- Reimburse for taxis, hand out lunch vouchers and call cabs at the end of the day
- Keep track of interview throughout the day, ensuring all Interviewers arrive on time, contact if needed, update any tentative Interviewers if they need to meet beforehand
- Note any room changes throughout the day
- Research: Provides recruiting research support when required.
- Enter Candidate information into recruiting system
- Maintain interview dates as they are set
- Assist in posting new roles in recruiting system
- Projects: Works on special projects related to Candidate experiences.
