FocusPoint is looking for Registered Nurses to join our expanding team of Nurse Recruiters who are also Nurses. In fact, we refer to our Nurse Recruiters as Nurse Advocates who are nurses hiring nurses, building relationships with other nurses all over the United States, and managing them on travel assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screening and Interviewing
Screening duties include telephone and video interviews with potential candidates to evaluate communication skills, reviewing resumes for educational and job history requirements and first interview sessions to develop a better understanding of experience and qualifications prior to submitting to client contacts.
Evaluating
Evaluating skills are required to ensure an accurate match is determined from resumes regarding past work history and clinical proficiencies.
Signing & Managing
Selecting and signing nurses to fulfill open travel positions. Guiding and managing nurses once they are assigned and assisting nurses in successfully completing their travel assignment. Retain and redeploy cadre of travel nurses in your care.
Marketing
Marketing travel assignments, identifying sources for reaching potential employees, designing and implementing successful media advertising campaigns.
Collaborating
Working as a liaison between other FocusPoint Account Managers and Travelers to ensure job vacancies are filled effectively and efficiently.
Supporting and Coordinating
A Nurse Recruiter is responsible for supporting managers and upper level management through reports and services as needed.
Researching
Researching duties include staying informed about new technologies and learning environments in order to evaluate resumes and potential training opportunities for new employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1,246.00 per week
