Job summary
The ATM Monitoring Group ("AMG") operates out of Columbus, Ohio, and Bengaluru, India, we provide 24 x 7 x 365 support to maximize the customer and employee experience through proactive and reactive oversight of operational issues impacting the normal flow of out ATM (Automated Teller Machine) and TCR (Teller Cash Recyclers) fleet. AMG monitors Chase-owned and operated ATMs and TCR's to ensure maximum uptime for customer transactions. AMG partners with various teams, including Technology (Network and Software), Real Estate, third-party suppliers, and ATM hardware and Cash Supplier Management teams to maintain the Chase ATM and TCR fleet. Candidates must be willing to work hours during regular business hours, this will include evenings and weekends.
NOTE: This is a 2nd shift position 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The shift days are either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.
This position offers a 10% shift differential for working 2nd shift.
Job responsibilities
- Working cases/tickets related to hardware, network, software, cash and facility related concerns
- Outline and document actions taken and actions needed for resolution of case/ticket
- Complete necessary follow up work to see case/ticket to resolution
- Work with internal business partners to bring ATMs back to active status to avoid customer impact due to unavailability of devices
- Utilize multiple channels of communication including placing outbound phone calls to vendors for servicing needs
- Meet and maintain established production standards
- A work environment of high-energy employees that are trained, coached, focused, and driven
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while operating with a sense of urgency
- Banking experience or Call center experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and teams
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong foundation of ATM related experience (Cash Vendor, Facilities partner or ATM tech desired)
- Recent banking center operations experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives while being a team player
- Some college or equivalent experience, preferred
