Du bist zuständig für das gesamte Bewerbermanagement und die Betreuung unserer Nachwuchskräfte (Trainees, WerkstudentInnen, PraktikantInnen)

Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Bewerber:innen und ermöglichst diesen eine spannende und wertschätzende Candidate Journey

Du unterstützt bei der Ausfertigungen von Arbeitsverträgen, Verträgsänderungen und der damit verbundenen Korrespondenz bis zur Zeugniserstellung

Du wirkst mit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und dokumentierst diese

Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben des Personalbereichs und unterstützt die Personalleitung und Deine HR KollegInnen
DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften oder Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine abgeschlossene vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten sammeln können

Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Dich selbstverständlich

Eine zielgerichtete und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, überdurchschnittliches Engagement und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
