Automotive Service Advisor

One of the most critical components, are those individuals who act as the liaison between the client and their vehicle during the maintenance and repair process!

~Proven experience and longevity as an automotive service advisor.

~Effectively communicate with technicians to stay on top of production and client

communication.

~Listen to the client’s reason for bringing their vehicle in, and offer logical

diagnostic services or repairs in response to what the customer’s concerns are, and

what the technician finds.

~Have a proven track record with high client satisfaction.

~Be able to comprehend and record data within electronic repair orders.

~Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and

in a manner that does not further aggravate the problem.

~Be able to explain all repairs and charges with great detail, regardless of whether they

are customer paid or warranty classified repairs.

~A distinct desire to learn, and grow within the company.

~Conform to the company’s policies on non-discrimination and harassment, and work

in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel.

~Support and abide by company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

~2+ years as an automotive service advisor.

~Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required.

~Professional, well-groomed appearance.

~Highly organized.

~Very friendly personality.

~Great at time management and timely communication.

~Solid work ethic, with a motivation to keep learning and growing with your craft.

~Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of clientele and business needs.

~Authorization to work in the United States.

~Ability to pass drug and background checks.

~Must possess a valid driver’s license, and current driver record.
