The Full Time Tire Service Program Manager is responsible for the tire program; tracking performance and inventories of tires. This position will work as a team with mechanics and other team members to ensure quality and excellent customer service. Essential Functions:· Creating a tire program to track performance and inventories of tires· Visiting all locations and ensuring proper procedures and inflation requirements are met· Training plant personnel and drivers and proper tire management· Assessing performance and cost of tires· Maximizing the life and performance of tires· Verifying all vendors meet satisfactory requirements· Assesses life and retread counts· Tracking inventory and expense control· Scheduling and assigning road and fleet services, both in-house and externally· Ensuring D.O.T. and safety policies are followed· Uses software to track and manage tire usage and inventories

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work may vary at the plant or other locations. Not eligible for remote work. Must be available 6 days a week and work overtime as job duties demand.
Salary range 65-85k depending on experience.

Preferred Education and Experience· 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager· Possession of a valid unrestricted California Driver’s license.· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Communication SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. In addition, be able to communicate effectively with other personnel.
