Job description
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Maintain kitchen, dining and storage areas, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Positions and prepares raw foods for use by cooks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some experience working in food service at a school or institutional setting.
Licenses or Certificates
n A valid Regular Driver License is required.
n SERV Safe Certification may be required.
