Position Summary
This position requires the student to work on The Myriad, Westminster College’s online academic journal, for about one hour every week. The work includes proofreading and editing student-submitted research essays from different disciplines, giving individual feedback to the student if necessary, and working with the academic advisor. Editing guidelines will be provided.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must be a fulltime Westminster student. No other requirement is necessary apart from a keen interest in close reading and editing.

The employee’s primary responsibilities include close reading student essays from different disciplines, editing and proofreading each piece, giving feedback to the writer, and consulting with the faculty advisor for The Myriad.
