BAE Systems is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to join our team supporting the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center under the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services contract located at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The C5ISR Center is an applied research and advanced technology development center which develops and integrates C5ISR technologies that enable information dominance and decisive lethality for the networked Warfighters. The C5ISR Center provides the Army with secure communications/networking technologies through R&D innovations. The successful candidate will serve as a Junior Test Engineer supporting CSIA engineering and operations.
This position designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree. Minimum degree requirement of Engineering Degree, or a Related Scientific or Technical discipline is required
- 8 years of additional Relevant Experience may be substituted for education requirement
- Current Top Secret level security clearance, must be eligible to obtain SCI
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Top Secret/SCI level security clearance
- Professionally recognized cybersecurity certifications per DoDD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01-M / IAT-I Security+ or other
