Job Summary
Coordinates day-to-day operations of project-related activities and ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected quality standards. Prepares comprehensive action plans including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects, and performs various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling, assessing risk, and other administrative duties.

Essential Functions
- Assists in the planning, design, development, and execution of project related activities.
- Coordinates a variety of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to, off-site reservations for consortium and project meetings, IRB submission and modification, orders and acquisitions, calendars and scheduling, expense vouchers, evaluating programs, filing, recordkeeping, data entry, processing forms and documents as needed, or other support duties.
- Assists with and provides support for recruitment, orientation, and training of consortium members for project operations.
- Creates and maintains records of consortium members.
- Prepares itineraries and makes travel arrangements for project-related activities.
- Communicates information to project personnel, consultants, and community members through various media outlets.
- Maintains relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Manages budget according to AU policy and provides quarterly report.
- Drafts midterm and final reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and application.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong organization and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience coordinating projects or programs.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in project coordination and/or management to include all phases of a project, from planning, execution, and through the end of the project.
