Troubleshoot incident tickets/answer desktop support phones/provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end user support.

Provide documentation on each incident resolution and help establish formal standards and procedures to be used in supporting computer users.

Provide mid-level technical support for computer users by using telephone, email, instant messaging, remote services (RDP), or in person.

Provide mid-level technical support for computer users within DCF Enterprise by using troubleshooting technique to resolve hardware and software issues for: Printers, Laptops, PC’s, Operating Systems, MS Office, DNS, DHCP, network file services, connectivity, phones, electronic faxing, internet browsing, software installation, mobile devices, wireless access, file transfer service, and mainframe applications.

Deploy, install, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed using tools provided by DCF.

Assist users by training them on hardware equipment and software applications.
