Seize the chance to become part of our success story as Technical Marketing Engineer and define target specifications for power switch e.g. SiC and IGBT in industry application market.
In your new job you will:
- Define target specifications for power switch , e.g. SiC and IGBT , in industry application market including definition of critical product details and preparation of application tests
- Support feasibility study and review concept / product architecture
- Define and create test boards and lab benches
- Conduct application specific lab testing including documentation of results
- Support internal verification and customer validation of prototypes
- Work with development, marketing and key-customers in the design phase, provide on-site technical support for selected key customers and our sales force
- Drive future application specific product improvements and suggestions for new products in collaboration with product marketing /product development
- Provide and review technical content for product roadmap
- Generate promotion material based on value proposition
- Provide training and hand over to Application Engineering
You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish successful cooperations. You enjoy working in an international environment and are convince with your analytical thinking, planning skills and perseverance.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the design, development and/or test of power converters for different applications
- Knowledge with simulation (Simetrix, PLECS, Spice) and layout software (Altium, Eagle)
- Experience in technical customer support and intercultural communication
- Strong teamplayer mindset and international networking skills
- Excellent English skills with German skills or the willingness to learn it as a plus
- Openness to travel (mainly US and Asia)
