Timberlake Church is a fast-growing, creative, tech-savvy, and increasingly multi-racial church committed to reaching people for Christ and growing them in their faith. We are one church with multiple locations in the Seattle Metropolitan area and Southern Washington.

We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as a part-time Technical Director at our Castle Rock Campus, WA. These people will be proven leaders with a track record of success in their previous experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute an engaging experience using creative lighting and media elements for weekend services.
• Evaluate tech equipment and infrastructure across campuses, recommending repairs/replacement when needed.
• Recruit, develop, and schedule technical volunteers in weekend services.

You’ll be right on track if:

• You communicate clearly.
• You are organized and flexible with last minute changes.
• You have more than 3 years of proven leadership in Technical Director roles or similar.

It would be awesome if:

• You ask questions early and often because you know you don’t have all the answers.
• You have experience in audio engineering, broadcast camera operation, media operation, stage design, and lighting.
• You have a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously.

• This person will have to make discipleship commitments to weekly worship at and tithing to Timberlake Church.

• Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately, sensitively, and proactively.

• Work part-time hours (15-25hrs/week) Sunday's are a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
