KESQ/CBS Local 2/KDFX-Palm Springs has an immediate opening for a Full Time Newscast Director for live studio broadcasts. As a Newscast Director, you will direct our fast-paced live news programs that air on our ABC, CBS, Fox and Telemundo network stations.

Directors operate Grass Valley Karerra production switchers to punch and call live newscasts. Knowledge of Grass Valley switchers, Ross Xpression, Ross Streamline, Ross Inception, Photoshop, Wheatstone audio boards and master control automation systems is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent computer skills, people skills, leadership qualities in a studio environment, and be detail oriented.

Pay Range: $36,000k-$42,200k. Based on experience.
