We are seeking a friendly and motivated team member to join our self-serve frozen dessert concept. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting customers in creating their own delicious frozen yogurt creations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers in creating their own frozen yogurt creations, including weighing and pricing the yogurt and toppings
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning machines, countertops, and floors
• Stock and replenish toppings and other supplies as needed
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions
• Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
