Job Description

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet Robeks operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes OR customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Ability to stay consistent with presentation of our products with minimal food waste
• Ability to wash hands properly, wash dishes properly, take out the trash, mop the floor, clean the restroom, clean equipment daily, clean the walls (tile) as needed, clean the store and outside front window sills, take the temperature of coolers, freezers and other equipment, break down a load of inventory from a delivery as well as anything else directed from your Shift Leader, within legal reason.

Job Type: Part-time

BENEFITS: $16/hr + shared tips + 1 free medium smoothie per shift (up to 30mins after shift). Example: If your shift is 8am-1pm, you can "employee purchase" your one free medium smoothie from 8am-1:30pm.
