Team Lead, Integration Services, Carmel, IN
The Team Lead, Integration Services, will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality Integration solutions ensuring adherence to excellence standards and meeting project timelines. Also responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to their team members, including resolving technical issues, coaching on best practices, and promoting technical solutions. Must work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other technical teams, to ensure alignment and understanding of functional and technical requirements and priorities. Should play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company's functional strategy, systems, and processes.
What You Will Do:

Oversee the performance, development, and well-being of the team

Identifying development opportunities for team members, providing training, and coaching, and supporting their career growth

Allocate resources (such as budgets, equipment, and personnel) to ensure their team can operate effectively and efficiently
-
Collaborate with senior management, peers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of team objectives and priorities
-
Promote and support innovation, including identifying opportunities to introduce new technologies and approaches to improve technical solutions
-
Design and develop high quality application components to meet our Business needs - BPM components, database components, services, web services, APIs
-
Review functional requirements and determine the type of integration work that is needed based on the requirements
-
Partner with teams on business processes to understand and identify possible improvements
-
Support the processes, standards, and tools to enable system integration development and support
-
Collaborate with business partners, technology, and architecture teams
-
Contribute to operational excellence with continuous improvement/automation activities.
-
Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews to assess the new development is done as per standards
-
Participate in disaster recovery planning, design, implementation, business impact analysis, vulnerability assessment and contingency planning
-
Identify technical risk in projects and develop mitigation strategies to alleviate those risks

Advocate for the implementation and utilization of best practices across the enterprise
What You Need to Succeed:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software required
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, development, and support of integration platform required
-
10 years of experience with integration solutions preferred
-
10 years of experience on Webmethods Development preferred
-
1-2 years of Team Leadership/Supervisory experience
-
10 years of UNIX or Linux system and administration support preferred.
-
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills (Oral and Written)
-
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams
-
Onsite-offshore experience desirable
-
Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts preferred
-
Be open to learn and support multiple technologies
-
Experience with Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, such as Workday, Salesforce.com, Success Factors and Single-Sign On (SSO) approaches preferred
-
Experience in developing solutions for EDI/B2B/BPM implementation preferred
-
Experience developing/implementing SOAP/REST Web Services preferred
-
Experience with other middleware/integration platforms preferred
-
Experience in Agile methodology using tools like Azure DevOps preferred
-
CI/CD Automation experience preferred
