Trove Home Care is growing in Charlottesville and looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to recruit our exceptional team of caregivers. Trove Home Care offers premium, non-medical care services for clients in a home-based setting by attracting Central Virginia’s most compassionate caregivers with industry-leading wages and best-in-class training opportunities. The part-time role is primarily remote and can be flexibly configured between 10 to 20 hours per week around the Talent Development Manager's availability.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit all new caregiver talent (CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, Companions)
- Manage application, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Conduct remote and/or in-person interviews
- Advise all hiring decisions
- Participate in weekly communication with other Trove Home Care personnel
- Develop processes to increase the agency’s retention of talent
- Inform Charlottesville's Executive Director regarding any changes to policies and procedures to streamline recruitment
- Host orientations for all new caregivers
Preferred Professional Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience with recruitment or human resources
- Ability to work under pressure to support business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building and developing reports
- Proficient with technology
Pay Range
- Commensurate with experience ($25-$27 per hour)
