Your Role:

• Configuring, developing, deploying, and supporting solutions on our IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) platform support internal IT Operations, Service Desk and Finance processes (currently using the Ivante Cherwell system).

• Leading and executing development for ITSM/ITAM platform across multiple ITIL processes/modules, e.g. Service Request, Incident, Change, Project, CMDB etc.

• Building dashboards and customized workflows and modules for processes and procedures, customize user interfaces, and interfacing with existing customer data sources and tools.

• Performing system administrator-level tasks, e.g. administration of users, security, email and event monitors, and data import/exports.

• Working in cross-functional IT teams to address systems needs and issues.

• Building strong relationships with internal IT and business stakeholders and users to effectively communicate how our existing tools can be used or tailored to meet their requirements, or where gaps exist, help gather requirements.

• Engaging directly with the technical and testing teams and understand high-level business requirement, technical design, data availability or constraints, and resource allocations.

• Prioritizing development activities based on business needs, timelines, resources, and budgets.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of successful ITSM configuration, deployment, and development of solutions on the Cherwell Service Management\Asset management platform (preferred) or equivalent ITIL based platform which includes working with Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog and Service Request, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management modules.

• 2+ years of experience with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle).

• Technical Skills, demonstrate:

  • Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB/ITAM, discovery, orchestration, performance analytics, and reporting.

  • Experience using a visual code editor for development.

  • Ability to create and manage scripts and workflow.

  • Design and create user interface, pages, forms, and dashboards.

• Collaboration / Communication / Teamwork Skills, demonstrate:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with a focus on engagement.

  • Ability to establish and maintain successful interactions within the organization and to build relationships across all levels of the organization with a high level of confidence and resiliency.

  • Ability to work with stakeholders across global time zones and cultures.

  • Detailed orientated, self-starter, and technically savvy who excels at exploring new technologies quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Report writing via PowerBI, SQL Reporting, Cognos, or other reporting tools.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development experience in APIs, web services, IIS.

• API Experience with traversing the JSON/XML Document Object Model.

• Experience integrating ITSM systems with other services.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Users/Computers, and SAML.

• Working knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / ITAM applications.

• ITIL framework knowledge or certification.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
