Position Summary:
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure for both our new production site & sales units.
You will be part of the EMEA IT Team sitting in our HQ in Mainz, handling the company’s IT infrastructure for the European team and working with colleagues in Germany, France, UK and the USA.
Overall Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

You support organizational effectiveness by defining, deploying and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure

You provide support for our colleagues in Mainz and other European offices regarding hardware and software issues

You are involved in exciting new implementation projects of state-of-the-art IT systems (e.g. cloud projects)

You support the IT landscape, and you actively participate in upgrading and improving the company’s IT infrastructure

Your know-how is needed for the installation, configuration and administration of Windows clients and servers

You maintain access control measures such as account and permission management

You manage licenses for client Software and Cloud products
Competencies and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

You have a good understanding of Identity and Role Management, Networking Protocols, Client and Server Management

Ideally, you already worked with Microsoft’s Azure AD and you have basic knowledge of programming, preferably in C#
-
You are a team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

You wish to learn and develop new skills thanks to your hands-on and problem-solving mindset

Your excellent communication skills in German and English enable you to work directly with employees across the organization to understand their needs
