We are hiring for a Medical Billing Specialist based at our Lakeland campus. This position works with therapists of multiple disciplines as well as Early Interventionists. Duties include, but are not limited to, all aspects of Medicaid and Early Steps Part C billing, Medicaid School Match program, credentialing, authorizations, and clerical. Successful candidates have knowledge and experience working and communicating with therapy staff, doctor offices, and parents of children with special needs. Hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday while closely following the traditional school calendar of Polk County. Fingerprinting, background clearance and drug screening is required before hiring.
